My Radon Analysis - Changing the Way You Test for Radon with EcoQube

ecosense launches my radon analysis with ecoqube app radon testing feature

Radon testing is about to get a whole lot easier and smarter. Introducing My Radon Analysis - a revolutionary new feature in the EcoQube app that brings fast, reliable radon testing to your fingertips. Released on June 9th, 2025, EcoQube users, be sure to check your app updates so you don’t miss out. Please note: My Radon Analysis is available to U.S. customers only.

Why We Built My Radon Analysis

Radon is the leading cause of non-smoking lung cancer in the United States, yet most homes have never been tested, and a single test only offers a snapshot of radon levels. Traditional mail-in kits can take weeks for results, while on-site professionals require appointments and extra fees, delaying your ability to act.EcoQube features industry-leading sensor technology designed to detect radon in real-time with high precision and accuracy. Powered by this advanced sensing capability, My Radon Analysis lets you run reliable 72-hour tests whenever you need, catching fluctuations early before they become a threat. Our mission is to make radon testing convenient, smart, personalized, and proactive. Here is how.

What Is My Radon Analysis

My Radon Analysis is a free subscription-based feature in the EcoQube app that turns your EcoQube radon monitor into a self-guided radon lab:

  • Start a 72-hour test with one tap

  • Real-time radon results plus environment data

  • Personalized EPA-aligned action steps

  • Access anytime, anywhere from mobile or desktop

How My Radon Analysis Works

Open your EcoQube app, tap the new My Radon Analysis menu, activate your free subscription, then follow the placement wizard to set up your device for accurate results.

Start the 72-hour test and let your EcoQube collect hourly radon readings while you go about your routine. If your device has already been in the same location for the past 72 hours, you can generate a detailed report instantly.

Otherwise, once the 72 hours (3 days) of data are collected, you’ll receive an email notification that your analysis is ready. If network conditions delay data syncing, results may take up to 3.5 days (108 hours). If not enough data by then, you’ll be notified and prompted to restart the test.

Your detailed report, packed with EPA-aligned guidance and visual insights, will be available anytime in the app or on your secure web dashboard.

  • Dear Julie,
You can certainly use your EcoQube to run a 72-hour My Radon Analysis test in different locations for “spot checks.” Each of these tests will be stored as its own detailed analysis within the EcoQube app and accessible via your web dashboard.

It’s important to note, however, that if you are using a single EcoQube device, moving it to a new location to perform a 72-hour My Radon Analysis test will mean that your device is no longer monitoring the primary location during that specific 72-hour period. The data collected during that time will be attributed to the new My Radon Analysis test you’re conducting, rather than your continuous monitoring at the previous spot.

  • Dear Kenneth Allen,
You’re absolutely right—the EcoQube app already provides valuable insights with daily, weekly, and yearly radon averages. My Radon Analysis builds on that by offering a free, guided 72-hour test right within the app, using your existing EcoQube device—no additional equipment needed.

In addition to capturing your radon levels, the analysis includes environmental data like rain, wind, humidity, and pressure, helping you understand how weather conditions may influence radon in your home. At Ecosense, we’ve seen that many homeowners feel unsure about what their radon readings actually mean. That’s why My Radon Analysis interprets the results clearly and provides personalized, actionable recommendations based on EPA guidelines—making it easier to decide what steps, if any, to take.
