All Ecosense consumer products include a standard one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date. Customers who register their device within 30 days of purchase will receive an additional one (1) year of coverage—extending the total warranty to two (2) years.

How to Qualify for the Extended Warranty 

  • Register your device within 30 days of purchase by completing the warranty registration form.
  • Once your registration is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Ecosense, Inc.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt, invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

Important Notes

  • The extended warranty covers the same terms and conditions as the Standard Warranty.
  • It is valid only for devices registered within 30 days of purchase.
  • The extended warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Ecosense, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
