Standard Warranty Period:

All general consumer products (excluding professional devices) purchased from Ecosense, Inc., or Ecosense, Inc., authorized sellers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. 

Special Offer: Extend Your Protection to Two Years!

We value our loyal customers and encourage timely product registration. As a special thank you, customers who register their new device within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date will automatically receive an additional one (1) year of warranty coverage, extending their total warranty period to two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

How to Qualify for the Extended Warranty:

To take advantage of this offer and extend your warranty to two (2) years, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Purchase Your Device: Acquire your new radon detector from Ecosense, Inc., or Ecosense, Inc, authorized sellers.

  2. Register Online: Visit our official product registration page at https://ecosense.io/pages/register-extended-warranty.

  3. Provide Information: Complete the registration form with your purchase details, including the date of purchase, product serial number, receipt of purchase and your contact information.

Once your registration is successfully processed within the 30-day window, your warranty will be automatically updated to two (2) years. You will receive a confirmation email from Ecosense, Inc.
