Demo devices have been inspected and tested to function as if they were brand new products.

In order to proceed with the demo order, we’ll store your payment method information when the demo fee of $45.99 is paid. You’ll receive the demo device with the prepaid UPS shipping label inserted in the box. Please plan to drop off the box at the local UPS store the next day after your 10-day demo is complete. In order for all our customers to have a chance to demo our devices, it is important that they are returned to us on time. If we haven't received the device back, we will automatically charge your stored credit card for the full amount minus the demo fee. 

It's simple! To get started

Step 1: Choose a Demo product(s) that you want to try out for 10 days.
Step 2: Select your demo dates. Schedule the days that work for you for your demo.The demo fee($45.99) is charged to your credit card when your order is placed.
Step 3: Your demo product(s) arrives directly at your door or destination.
Step 4: Return the demo products. Repack your demo product in the original box and drop it off at any UPS location with the return slip included in your box. Please plan to drop off the box at the local UPS store the next day after your 10-day demo is complete. In order for all our customers to have a chance to demo our devices, it is important that they are returned to us on time. If we haven't received the device back, we will automatically charge your stored credit card for the full amount minus the demo fee.
Step 5: Loved the experience with your product? You will receive a unique $30 promo code that can be used toward the purchase of products at Ecosense.

All orders are shipped via UPS and you’ll receive your tracking number when your shipping label is created. It may take 24 hours after your shipping label is created for UPS to update your tracking info. Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date by 8:00PM.
