Ecosense Demo Program Agreement

1. General.
By clicking the [Continue to payment] button, You are agreeing to become a party to this Demo Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) for using Ecosense Devices (the “Device”) and confirming Your unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions of the Agreement, which also includes Terms of Service available on Ecosense website by incorporation.

2. Our Obligations.
All features, availability, and specifications of the Device described or depicted are subject to change at any time without notice. We attempt to ensure that information on our website is complete, accurate, and up-to-date; however, despite our efforts, the information on the site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the site. In the event of a pricing error or discrepancy on a site with respect to the Device, we reserve the right to cancel any orders (or partial orders) for such Devices.
Delivery - We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Device You ordered within 3-7 business days from the date You ordered them; however, we do not guarantee delivery on a certain date. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Delivery. Our liability to You for failure to timely deliver the Device as ordered is limited to a refund of the order as determined by us.

Sanitization - The Device will be professionally cleaned and delivered to You ready to use. We clean and inspect each Device prior to delivery.

Return Packaging - With the delivery of the Device, we will provide You with a prepaid, pre-addressed return label as well as instructions for Your use in returning the Device to Ecosense ("Return Packaging"). We are not responsible for damages or items lost in transit.

Privacy - We will use and protect Your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy found on our Website at the following link:https://ecosense.io/policies/privacy-policy. You acknowledge and agree that we will share Your information permitted by the Privacy Policy.

3. Your Obligations.

Ownership - Ecosense at all times retains ownership and title to the Device being used in the Demo Program. If and when You decide to purchase a Device after having used a Demo Device, You will be offered a promo code via email to get $30 OFF (valid for 90 days)Your next purchase, and a brand new Device of your choice will be shipped to You when we receive Your order online.

Device Return and Shipping - You are responsible for ensuring the Device is returned to us on time. You should retain the original boxes and packaging. To return, place the pre-paid return label on the outside of the box Your Device arrived in and drop it off at any UPS location or dropbox the next day your 10-day demo is complete.
You are responsible for any lost or stolen Device. We understand that many UPS locations are not open for business on Sundays and holidays, so we would allow for a return postmarked for Monday or the day after a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, etc.) with no late return charge. For example, if the last day of Your rental is Sunday, You must return Your order to an UPS location or dropbox by 11:59 p.m. on Monday. You assume all risks or loss or damage to the Device.

Payment - When You place your Demo order, we will charge Your credit card $45.99 for the Device of Your choice to use in our Demo Program. Upon safe receipt of the Device by Ecosense after Your use of the Device for ten (10) days of the Demo period, we will send You an email with a promo code to offer the $30 OFF (valid for 90 days) a brand new Ecosense Device of your choice. If we do not receive the device back, we will automatically charge Your stored credit card for the full MSRP price of the Device less the demo fee of $45.99.


Damaged or Lost Device Charges - You will not be charged for the Device damaged due to normal wear. Additional charges will apply for lost or broken Device. You will be charged the full MSPR price (available on our website) of the Device that is not returned or returned with significant damage. If you receive a Device that is damaged prior to Your use or missing, You must contact Ecosense at support@ecosense.io. on your first Demo day to avoid replacement charges. Failure to notify Ecosense as required herein of any damage upon delivery may result in fees. All Device and their component parts, including manuals, cables, hardware, etc., in Your order just as they were received by You must be returned in full together, and they must be in the same working and physical condition as they were at the time the Device was delivered to You.


Cancellation - Your Demo order must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@ecosense.io. No refunds are available for cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order. The ten (10) day Demo period starts on the date you receive your Demo Device.
