When shipping your RadonEye Pro device:
Include your order number inside the package
Use the provided label to print and attach the Order # Label with the order ID clearly visible

Terms of Service
The conditions in the chamber will be held as constant as practicable; nominally at a radon concentration of 25 pCi/L, temperature of 70 deg. F, and a relative humidity of 50%
Any reports supplied by Ecosense are intended for use in, or demonstration of, CLIENT’s quality assurance program. Any other use or distribution of such reports shall be at CLIENT’s sole risk and without liability to Ecosense.
CLIENT acknowledges that Local, State, or Federal laws or regulations may require Ecosense to notify third party agencies of certain calibration/proficiency results. CLIENT shall make no claims against Ecosense arising from such notifications.
Any liability of Ecosense under the provisions of this agreement is limited to the compensation provided under the agreement, and Ecosense shall have no liability for consequential, indirect or special damages.
Payment shall be made in advance before the commencement of services.
The cost of return shipments shall be prepaid by CLIENT.
Calibration is scheduled to be sent within two weeks after Ecosense receives the device for RadonEye Pro Calibration Services, and if any special issues arise, Ecosense will provide an advanced notice to the CLIENT of the situation and schedule.

Your calibrated RadonEye Pro is returned in 7-10 business days with a new 12-month calibration certificate.
